1. How to submit a complaint

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please write to info@visaexpert.cz. Include a short description of the issue, the date of the service or communication, and the remedy you are requesting.

We acknowledge complaints without undue delay and normally handle them within 30 days unless the complexity of the matter reasonably requires longer.

2. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, [www.coi.cz], adr@coi.cz, is the competent ADR body for eligible consumer disputes.

VISAEXPERT will provide the cooperation required by Czech law where ADR is genuinely available. This page intentionally avoids outdated ODR references that are no longer current.
